Marriage counselling, also knowns as Couples Therapy, is a form of psychotherapy that provides every type of couples to understand and find help to solve conflicts and improve good communication in their relationships. Marriage counselling helps to make thoughtful decisions about rebuilding and strengthening relationships or even going separate ways. Mostly couples seek counselling to strengthen their partnership and gain a better understanding of each other.

Marriage counselling typically includes both partners, but sometimes one partner chooses to work with a therapist alone. The specific treatment plan depends on the situation. Its often short term and typically takes about 6-8 weekly sessions but subject to the situation and the individual areas of concern it can take longer.
